Breathe Better Live Better

The Earth’s magnetic force and the human body.

As far back as the ancient Greeks Natural Magnetic Therapy has been used to relieve various medical conditions like pain, stress, muscle relaxation and circulation. Recent research on the positive benefits of magnetic fields on the micro-circulation in the human body further confirms what ancient cultures believed centuries ago

Modern medical practitioners are only now starting to accept the numerous benefits derived from using natural remedies to enhance our quality of life and relieve many different medical conditions. The earth’s magnetic field combined with the small amounts of electrical energy produced during normal chemical reactions provide the force that is needed to sustain life. by the cells that make up every living organism.

Research by the Smithsonian Institute has determined that many animals obtain large amounts of their energy from the earth’s magnetic force. The study of sharks shows very little incidence of disease or infection and experts believe they derive as much as 90% of their energy from the earth’s magnetism.

Oxygen and the human body

Scientists agree that oxygen is the key ingredient for living organisms to survive. The human body is largely composed of oxygen and 80% of all our metabolic energy production is created by oxygen!

Scientists are now also discovering that low levels of oxygen can disrupt the body's ability to function correctly. Oxygen therefore plays a powerful and primary role in our overall health and well-being. Many researchers are now of the opinion that the best way to improve overhaul health may be related to the optimization of oxygenation of micro-circulation to every cell in the body.

All the metabolic processes in our bodies are regulated by our oxygen intake including the billions of bits of information processed by our brains every second. The human body can survive for up to 40 days without food, 7 days without water yet ceases to exist within a mere few minutes when deprived of oxygen.

It is now well known that air pollution due to the burning of fossil fuels impedes our ability to extract the necessary amounts of oxygen required by the body from the atmosphere; thus placing tremendous stress on our bodies to function at optimum levels.

200 years ago the earth’s atmosphere comprised of 40% oxygen, yet today we only breathe 19 to 21% oxygen. An average human breathes 20,000 times a day and our lung capacity decreases 5% every 10 years resulting in less elasticity and less oxygen to perform normal metabolic tasks.

The regular intake of junk food with their preservatives and low nutritional content further impedes our body’s ability to metabolize the food and diverts more of our oxygen reserves from much needed metabolic functions like circulation, heartbeat, brain function and immune response.
